Executive Selection

We will identify the most appropriate media, design the advertisement and produce a copy when client approval is received we will then place the advertisement and deal with all responses.

Interviewing

We will organise all initial interviews which will be conducted by the Director handling the assignment.

Longlist

We will meet with the client to review a longlist of those candidates who are appointable to engage in a holistic shortlisting process.

Shortlist

A final shortlist will be made of those candidates who meet the agreed Assignment brief. We will supply a written assessment for each person.

Client Interview

Interviews between the client and candidate will be arranged and confirmed and candidates prepared before and advised of the outcome. All correspondence is handled by Hitchenor Wakeford up to the point when the offer is made.

Offer

A verbal offer is made to the candidate. Negotiation of the remuneration package is undertaken if required. We will then ensure the offer letter is sent and received, confirming a signed acceptance of the offer and produce a detailed reference report on the candidate.

On Going

Unlike many other consultancies we do not end the process once an offer has been made and accepted. Regular contact continues with the client organisation long after the appointment is made, making sure that the selected candidate and client are both happy with the appointment.
